The subject of the contract is the service of servicing the apparatus: MR INGENIA 1.5 T Magnetic Resonance Imaging together with the Intellispace Portal description station.

A detailed description of the subject of the contract is specified in the Description of the Subject of the contract constituting Annex 2A to the SWZ

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the contract template of Annex 4 to the SWZ.

Frequency of inspections: every 6 months.

Number of inspections 6.
