The assignment consists of two parts:

- Part one: Preparation for digitalisation and

- Part two: Digitalisation.

The Contracting Authority will assess if it is appropriate that part one is carried out by an external tenderer, or if the Contracting Authority themselves should carry out this part. This will be determined after the tender deadline. Both part one and part two will be awarded to the same tenderer, if both parts shall be carried out by an external tenderer. Tenderers shall submit tender offers on both parts of the assignment, with separate pricing for part one and part two.
