The purpose of this public service contract is to appoint a multidisciplinary team to entrust it with the complete mission of study and monitoring of the works for the renovation of the buildings located chaussée de Gand, 565 in 1080 Molenbeek-Saint-Jean, and the creation of a business park.

The work will be carried out by a general contractor or several companies on the basis of the special specifications drawn up by the Project Author.

It will be the responsibility of the Project Developer to verify that the techniques to be implemented are reconcilable with the equipment present in the building and achievable within the budget envelope provided by the Contracting Authority.
