The framework agreement, henceforth referred to as the agreement, shall cover the contracting authorities' needs for services related to consultancy, designing and engineering services for road, water and sewage systems.

The contracting authorities in this call for tenders are Elverum municipality, Våler municipality and Åsnes municipality. The competition is being held by Elverum municipality on behalf of other contracting authorities.

Each contracting authority shall sign an individual contract with the provider(s) and is responsible for own compliance of the contract.

A framework agreement will be signed with one tenderer.
