The project aims mainly to carry out the work aimed at completing the duplication of the Castelo do Bode adductor in the Torre do Bispo-Alcanhões section, to an extension of approximately 4 150 m, which will include the installation of a new duct DN1800mm parallel to the existing line.

Also include activities for the reformulation and adaptation of the hydraulic circuits and their existing infrastructures on the “arrival” at the EPAL site, in Alcanhões.

The endeavor thus includes the following generic activities:

— land movement,

— installation of steel piping,

— execution of maneuvering organ chambers (displacement valves, bottom discharges and suction cups),

— EPAL track arrangements.
