The subject of the contract is the implementation of a service consisting in the collection of municipal waste from the owners of the property where residents live and from the owners of property where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created from the territory of the City and Municipality of Prabuty
and collecting and receiving municipal waste collected at the selective collection point of municipal waste and the operation of this point.
1. The subject of the contract is the implementation of a service consisting in the receipt of municipal waste from the owners of the property where the inhabitants reside and from the owners of property where the inhabitants do not reside, and municipal waste is created from the territory of the City and Municipality of Prabuty.
2. The service referred to in point 1 shall also include the collection and collection of municipal waste collected at the selective collection point of municipal waste and the operation of that point.
3. The following quantities of waste were collected from the City and Municipality of Prabuty between 2019 and 2021:1,939.57 Mg of mixed municipal waste; 114.74 Mg of paper and cardboard; 199,14 Mg glass; 285.00 Mg of plastics, multi-material packaging and matal packaging; 231.53 Mg of waste large-sized; 417.92 Mg of biodegradable waste; 184.12 Mg of construction and demolition waste and 271.46 Mg of ash and slags.
4. It is estimated that between 1 July 2022 and 30 June 2026 on properties where residents reside and from uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is created annually approximately 1,950 Mg of mixed municipal waste and approximately 2,200 Mg of waste collected selectively.
As of 31.12.2021, the Town and Municipality of Prabuty had a population of 12,373 people, of which 8,129 persons in the town of Prabuty, while 4,244 people were in the rural area of the municipality. On the contrary to the declarations, there are 9,655 people residing in the City and Municipality of Prabuty.
6. There are approximately 1,980 residential buildings within the City and Municipality of Prabuty. The summary of the quantities and types of real estate in the City and Municipality of Prabuty, where the inhabitants reside, is Annex No. 1a and 1b to the Description of the subject of the order.
7. In the Municipality of Prabuty there are 25 collective points for collecting municipal waste from property owners where residents do not reside, and municipal waste is created (only for properties where cottages and other properties are located used for recreational and leisure purposes). The summary of localities together with the amount of collective points for the collection of municipal waste from owners of property where the inhabitants do not reside is annex 1c to the Description of the subject of the order.
8. In the City and Municipality of Prabuty there are about 220 uninhabited properties where municipal waste is created. The list of non-inhabited properties with the quantity and size of containers and bags is annex 1d to the Description of the subject of the order.
9. There are approximately 3,650 households within the City and Municipality of Prabuty.
The 10th total area of the Municipality of Prabuty is 191.2 km2, of which 6 km2 is the area of the town of Prabuty.
The length of roads in the City and Municipality of Prabuty is 211 km. The list of length and types of individual roads is Annex No 2 to the Description of the subject of the order.
12. The description of the item of the order includes VOLUME II OPZ SWZ.
13. The terms of execution of the subject matter of the order shall be included in VOLUME III
