The procurement units are Järvi-Suomen Energia Oy, Kymenlaakson Electricity Network Oy and PKS Electricity Transfer Oy

The companies' objective is to acquire a high-quality, cost-effective and based on the needs of companies and the electricity market, a comprehensive solution for remote electrical energy measurement, taking advantage of the economies of scale that the joint acquisition brings to both subscribers and the selected supplier.

The combined number of places of use by the companies is about 292,000.

The acquisition is not divided into sections because total service generation constitutes a natural supply entity for Subscribers.

The joint procurement will compete new remote measuring equipment and related services for delivery periods beginning in 2023. Total number of remotely readable places for subscribers is approximately 292,000 pc.

The contract period is ten (10) years from 1 January 2023.

After the contract period, the contract will continue as an indefinite contract.
