this consultation was carried out by the Urban Community of Angers Loire Métropole acting as coordinator of a control group.

Form of contract: Framework agreement with purchase order without minimum and with maximum (lot 1: 96 magazines (issues), lot 2: 2 160 000 euro HT over the duration of the contract).

Once notified, the contract shall be performed, each in so far as they are concerned, by the members of the group.

Award of a framework agreement for each lot for an initial period of 1 year. Tacitly renewable 3 times 1 year.

Payments are made by administrative transfer within a total period of 30 days.
