Leasing of 7 standard joint KOM with opt. Extension incl. service

Hallesche Verkehrs-AG intends to procure brand-new standard articulated vehicles in leasing including service contracts and optional extension of leasing as well as service to serve school transport as well as regular services:

- 5 standard articulated KOM in leasing with a term from 01.02.2024 up to and including 31.07.2026 and optional extension by 12 months including service with an estimated mileage of 22,000 km per year

- 2 standard articulated KOM under leasing with a term from 01.07.2025 up to and including 31.12.2028 and optional extension by 12 months including service with an estimated mileage of 22,000 km per year

The buses must meet the following characteristics (minimum requirements) (further explanations of requirements in addition to the minimum requirements can be found in the specifications):

- Passenger compartment doors: 3-door (double wing)

- handicapped version

- Linkslenker

- Approval for Germany

- Diesel drive / emission standard EURO 6

- Mild hybrid (electric power 5 to 20 kW (48V crankshaft starter generator))

- Dauerbremse (Retard)

- Klappfenster

- Hauptabmessungen

- Turning assistant (optical/acoustic)

- Cutting disc over the entire driver's door (FAP)

- Suitability for school bus transport

Content Services

The services or the content of the service contracts must contain the following content as a minimum requirement:

- Maintenance (inspection service) according to the service plan including oil changes, lubricants and seals including wages, materials and consumables, but excluding fuels and AdBlue

- Wear and tear repairs (all workshop services that become necessary as a result of wear and tear when the vehicle is used properly) including wages, materials and consumables, but excluding fuels and AdBlue

- Towing from the site of the damage or depot AG Freiimfelder Straße to the nearest partner workshop

- Recovery in the event of a breakdown

- HU (incl. AU)

- UVV inspection according to § 57 DGUV regulation 70 (formerly BGV D29)

- SP and tachograph test in accordance with legal requirements

The bidder must submit a description with the offer from which the above-mentioned requirements emerge (to be submitted as C5 description of the vehicles).
