The subject of the contract is the supply of medical equipment (medical furniture) for the needs of the Health Resort Goczałkowice – Zdrój Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Goczałkowice-Zdrój. The scope of the contract includes the assortment listed in detail in Part IVA of the Terms of Reference – Description of parts of the contract, including:

1.1. Medical desks;

1.2. Bariatric bed;

1.3. Overbed tables;

1.4. Ergonomic chairs for medical staff;

The scope of the contract includes a medical desk – 10 pcs, which is described in detail in Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.

The scope of the contract includes a bariatric bed - 1 piece, which is described in detail in Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.

The scope of the contract includes bedside tables – 85 pcs, which are described in detail in Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.

The scope of the contract includes ergonomic chairs for medical staff – 23 pcs., which are described in detail in Appendix No. 5 to the Terms of Reference.
