The object of the contract consists in the execution of seismic upgrading and energy efficiency works middle school "Lorenzo De 'Medici" via Monsignor G. Agresti in the capital.

The total amount of compensated works "to body and measure" included in the contract, amounts to € 6,434,166.24 divided as follows:

- € 5,378,829.64 as the total amount of the works subject to reduction;

- € 242,500.00 for security charges NOT subject to reduction.

- € 812,836.60 as the amount provided for the contractual modification (optional works) provided for pursuant to art. 106, co.1, lett. a), as detailed within the Specifications.
