For the period from 2024 to 2026 (with the possibility of extension), the municipality of Eindhoven is looking for a contracting party that will take care of the organization and implementation of the Summer School.

Since 2015, the Summer School has been carried out annually within the municipality of Eindhoven. Started as a pilot with a participation of approximately 30 children, it has grown into a program with approximately 840 children in 2021 (corona year) to a stable participation of almost 600 children in 2022 and 2023. The target group of the Summer School is Eindhoven children from four (4) to twelve (12) years old with a disadvantage in the Dutch language. With the project, the municipality of Eindhoven wants to prevent this group of children from experiencing a decline in language development during six weeks of summer vacation.
