1. The subject of the contract is "Insurance of property and civil liability of the West Pomeranian Voivodeship for the years 2023-2025" in the scope of:

1) for part I of the contract: civil liability insurance, property insurance and motor vehicle insurance excluding casco insurance of rail vehicles

(a) CPV 66516000-0 – Liability insurance services

b) CPV 66515100-4, 66515400-7 – Insurance against fire and the effects of the elements (insurance of property against fire and other random events)

c) CPV 66515000-3 – Damage or loss insurance services

(d) CPV 66514110-0 – Motor vehicle insurance services, including m.in motor vehicle liability insurance

2) for part II of the order: casco insurance of rail vehicles

(a) CPV 66514130-6 – Railway insurance services.
