The operation involves the construction of an environmental eco-pole at Teste de Buch composed of 3 sub-assemblies:

- A recycling facility;

- The deconstruction/reconstruction of a waste disposal site;

- The deconstruction/reconstruction of a transfer dock.

The operation covers all the infrastructures, roads and networks present on the plot of 24,062 square meters as well as the construction of premises for reception, control, storage, recycling and administrative and social offices for an area of approximately 2200 square meters.

The work will take place on an occupied site and will be phased in to ensure continuity of the waste disposal service:

- Phase 1: installation of a temporary waste disposal site on site;

- Phase 2: demolition of the existing building and construction of the staff building, the recycling plant and the transfer dock, realization of the adjoining VRD;

- Phase 3: removal of the temporary waste disposal facility and realization of the residual VRD.
