Requested services: mediation and provision of external (temporary) staff; intermediary services, contract services and temporary employment and payroll services.

The estimated value of the Assignment is expected to be €30,000,000 excluding turnover tax per year. The total estimated contract value is expected to be €180,000,000 excluding turnover tax spread over the total term of the Agreement. Participants cannot derive any rights from this statement of the estimated value of the present Assignment.
