The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Niebylec Municipality, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and the management of this waste in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023.

1. The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and transport of municipal waste from the owners of real estate residing in the Municipality of Niebylec, as well as from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point and the management of this waste in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. The estimated amount of municipal waste to be collected under the order is 1,270 Mg. 2. The order also includes the delivery of waste bags, in the amount of about 305,900 pcs. together with bag stickers in the form of a bar code, identifying each inhabited property. 3. The scope of the contract includes 11 villages: Baryczka, Blizianka, Gwoździanka, Gwoźnica Dolna, Gwoźnica Górna, Jawornik, Konieczkowa, Małówka, Niebylec, Lutcza and Połomia. 4. The number of residents from whom municipal waste will be collected is 8 876 people, however, the Ordering Party reserves that this number may change during the term of the subject of the contract, depending on the declarations submitted on the amount of the fee for municipal waste management by the owners of inhabited real estate. 5. The scope of the contract includes, in particular, the collection and management of: 1) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste in the amount of about 610 Mg, 2) segregated municipal waste of the following types in the amount of about 507 Mg, including: a) paper (including cardboard, paper packaging waste and cardboard packaging waste), b) metals and plastics (including packaging waste from metals, plastic packaging waste and multi-material packaging waste), c) glass (including glass packaging waste), d) bio-waste, constituting municipal waste, 3) other waste in a total amount of approximately 152 Mg, including: a) used tires, b) furniture and other bulky waste, c) construction and demolition waste, constituting municipal waste, which was created as a result of the conduct of minor construction or renovation works, not requiring a building permit or notification of the intention to carry out works to the architectural and construction authority, 4) hazardous waste arising in households in a total amount of about 1 Mg, including: a) expired medicines, b) waste not eligible for medical waste, generated in the household as a result of taking medicinal products in the form of injections and monitoring the level of substances in the blood, in particular, needles and syringes, c) chemicals (used paints and varnishes, solvents, used oils, etc.). 6. The Contractor is obliged to collect from the property owners any amount of municipal waste exhibited along the collection route, both unsegregated (mixed) and collected in a selective manner.
