The target of the procurement is home hemodialysis systems for the wellbeing services county of North Karelia for the period 1.1.2024–31.12.2027. The option is to extend the agreement by one year from 1.1.–31.12.2028.
The acquisition is divided into two subdivisions:
Area 1: self-service haemodialysis treatments at home or in hospital with a device that includes a device-specific water purification device (primary)
2. Area: haemodialysis treatments with a device that allows treatment at home without separate water purification equipment (for patients for whom the preferred option is not suitable)
Both equipment packages include dialysis supplies, maintenance, training and equipment support required by the equipment. Equipment for purchase on the basis of the principle of compensation for use.
