This is a framework agreement setting out all contractual stipulations and executed as and when issuing purchase orders (L. 2125-1º). The framework agreement is concluded without minimum or maximum. This public contract is awarded in accordance with the procedure of the open call for tenders defined by the following articles - Article L. 2124-2 of the Public Order Code.
