Description:
food delivery divided into 2 tasks: task 1 – food delivery; Task 2 – Delivery of fresh vegetables and fruits.

The subject of the contract is the delivery of food products to the WCN food warehouse in Kościan, divided into 2 tasks, of which the first task – delivery of food products is divided into 17 packages, and the second task – delivery of fresh vegetables and fruits.

Task 1 - Package 1 – miscellaneous groceries in small packages;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week from 8.00 to 10.00, on days agreed with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of package 1, including a quantitative description of the assortment, is attached as Annex 2a.

Task 1 - Package 10 - honey and fruit preserves;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week from 8.00 to 10.00, on days agreed with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of package 10, including a quantitative description, is attached as Annex 2j.

Deliverable 1 – Package 11 – various foodstuffs in large packages;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week from 8.00 to 10.00, on days agreed with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of package 11, including a description of the product range, constitutes Annex 2k.

Task 1 – Package 12 – canned vegetables in jars or cans;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week from 8.00 to 10.00, on days agreed with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of package 12, including a quantitative description, is attached as Annex 2l.

Quest 1 - Package 13 - pasta;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week from 8.00 to 10.00, on days agreed with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of package 13, including a quantitative description of the assortment, is attached as Annex 2m.

Task 1 – Package 14 – frozen vegetables and fruits;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, with the appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week (Monday and Thursday) from 8.00 to 10.00. The Contractor is obliged to deliver a freezer with a minimum capacity of 250 l for the duration of the contract. Any costs of repairing the freezer are covered by the contractor. A detailed description of package 14, including a description of the assortment and quantity, is attached as Annex 2n.

Task 1 - Package 15 - fish and fish products;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week (Monday and Thursday) from 8.00 to 10.00.

Each batch of delivered goods must have an HDI document. A detailed description of package 15, including a quantitative description of the assortment, is attached as Annex 2o.

Task 1 - Package 16 - bread and bakery products;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, with the appropriate transport of the contractor six times a week from Monday to Saturday from 6.00 to 7.00. A detailed description of package 16, including a quantitative description of the assortment, is attached as Annex 2p.

Deliverable 1- Package 17 - Butter, milk and milk products.

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, delivery by transport of the contractor from Monday to Saturday from 5.00 to 6.00.

Each batch of delivered goods must have an HDI quality certificate. A detailed description of package 17, including a description of the assortment and quantity, is attached as Annex 2r.

Task 2 - delivery of fresh vegetables and fruits:

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor five times a week from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 10.00, along with unloading to the premises of the Ordering Party's food warehouse. A detailed description of the assortment and quantity is attached as Appendix 3.

Task 1 - Package 2 - fresh meat;

The meat supplied must be fresh, not frozen. The surface of the meat must be clean, smooth, untired, unharstened, have a smell characteristic of fresh meat, without signs of beginning to spoilage.

The meat delivered must be veterinaryly tested in accordance with the applicable regulations. The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, specialized transport of the contractor adapted to the transport of food, meeting sanitary and epidemiological requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Delivery of goods twice a week (Tuesday, Thursday) from 8.00 to 10.00.

Delivery of the subject of the order must take place in clean, protecting the goods against damage and contamination packaging with a release to contact with food.

Each batch of delivered goods must have a Commercial Identification Document (HDI) and a quality certificate. A detailed description of package 2, including a quantitative description, is attached as Annex 2b.

Task 1 - Package 3 - fresh poultry;

Delivered poultry must be fresh, not frozen. The surface of the poultry must be clean, smooth, unblooded, unharstened, have an odour characteristic of fresh poultry, without signs of beginning to deteriorate.

Delivered poultry must be veterinaryly examined in accordance with the provisions in force. The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, specialized transport of the contractor adapted to the transport of food, meeting sanitary and epidemiological requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Delivery of goods twice a week (Tuesday, Thursday) from 8.00 to 10.00.

The order includes deliveries by assortment. They should take place in a specialized transport of the contractor adapted to the transport of food, meeting sanitary and epidemiological requirements, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Delivery of goods twice a week (Tuesday, Thursday) from 8.00 to 10.00.

Delivery of the subject of the order must take place in clean, protecting the goods against damage and contamination packaging with a release to contact with food.

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week from 8.00 to 10.00, on days agreed with the Ordering Party.

Packed in 30pcs. in extruders – not foiled.

Each batch of delivered goods must have an HDI document. A detailed description of package 6, including a description of the assortment and quantity, is attached as Annex 2f.

Task 1 – Package 7 – grain milling products;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, delivery by appropriate transport to the contractor twice a week from 8.00 to 10.00, on days agreed with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of package 7, including a description of the assortment and quantity, is attached as Annex 2g.

Task 1 - Package 8 - Oils and fats;

The order includes deliveries according to the assortment, appropriate transport of the contractor twice a week from 8.00 to 10.00, on days agreed with the Ordering Party. A detailed description of package 8, including a description of the assortment and quantity, is attached as Annex 2h.

Task 1 - Package 9 - pickled vegetables;
