The purpose of this tender is to contract a party that will be responsible for the delivery of Network Equipment and associated Services based on Further Agreements for the duration of the Agreement. The Agreement will be concluded with the Tenderer who has submitted a Tender with the Best Price Quality Ratio.

The numbers, planning and quantities mentioned in the Tender Document and Appendices are indicative. No rights can be derived. Nor does this offer guarantees for minimum purchase of hardware and / or services. The value of the Assignment is not exactly known. It is clear, however, that it exceeds the threshold value for European tendering.
