Winter maintenance on departmental roads - relaunch of 13 lots. The Acquisition of services will be carried out by framework agreements with purchase orders without minimum amount and with a maximum annual amount per lot as defined in Article 2.3 of the rules of the consultation. Contracts awarded by framework agreements with purchase orders shall be concluded for a period of one year from 1 November 2023 or from the date of notification thereof whichever is later, until 31 October 2024. They are tacitly renewable 3 times, for a period of 1 year, and a maximum duration of 4 years, i.e. until October 31, 2027. This consultation concerns only 13 lots, the other 18 lots are already being awarded
