Lot 1: maintenance of green spaces.

Lot 2: maintenance of the tree heritage.

Item 1: fixed part corresponding to the annual flat-rate services concerning the maintenance and cleaning of the green spaces of the 26 sites of the City to be carried out throughout the year, and to the flat-rate services over nine months of the year concerning the maintenance and cleaning of the green spaces of the nine schools to be carried out from 1 er March to November 30.

Item 2: variable part corresponding to services (mowing, mowing, brush clearing, etc.), excluding fixed prices, which will be carried out by issuing order forms by the contracting authority as and when required.

A visit to schools is compulsory. This will take place on the following dates:

- Wednesday January 27 (10:00 am),

- Wednesday February 3 (10:00 am).

The services will focus on:

- sizes in curtains on rows with architectural form, various pruning, "intaglio";

- tree felling and stumping;

- maintenance, brush clearing, coppicing coppicing services, with the provision of suitable equipment for carrying out specific services.
