The Agency's rulemaking procedure foresees, the establishment of best intervention strategies to support the drafting of the European Plan for Aviation Safety.
The Agency seeks support with four types of assessments:
1) best intervention strategies (referred as preliminary impact assessments in EASA MB 18-2015 Agency’s Rulemaking Procedure);
2) regulatory impact assessments;
3) monitoring and ex-post evaluations of rules and non-rulemaking activities (e.g. safety promotion tasks);
4) studies to support the development or update of methodology, data collection, cost-benefit analysis models in the context of the activities above.
Impact assessment and evaluation of EASA rules in the field of Aviation Safety.
The Agency is seeking to sign multiple framework contracts (with max. 6 tenderers) with re-opening of competition to provide EASA with highly competent and qualified external expertise to ensure objectivity and high-level technical services to support the Agency's rulemaking activities.
