MESSE ESSEN GmbH intends to conclude a framework agreement with a service partner for the period from 01.09.2022 to 31.08.2026 for the rental furniture trade within the framework of trade fairs and events for the internal needs of MESSE ESSEN GmbH, as well as for the external needs of customers (exhibitors or a third party commissioned by him, e.B. stand builders).

Messe Essen GmbH has an exhibition area of approx. 110,000 square metres and approx. 20,000 square metres of outdoor area. In three congress centers, 28 congress rooms with up to 1,000 people are available. The Grugahalle has a capacity of up to 10,000 people. Messe Essen GmbH operates both as the operator of the Essen Exhibition Centre and as an organiser of trade fairs and congresses.

Messe Essen GmbH puts the rental furniture trade out to tender within the framework of trade fairs for the internal needs of Messe Essen GmbH as well as for the external needs of exhibitors.
