The assignment from the municipality of Gemert-Bakel must result in the maintenance of the mechanical engineering-Part-02 installations being entrusted to one supplier. The agreement to be concluded must ensure that the operational reliability of the installations is ensured in the coming years. The maintenance must comply with the applicable laws and regulations. By concluding an agreement for the preventive and corrective maintenance and replacement of W-installations-Part-02, the municipality is able to meet its legal obligation to provide a safe working environment for its staff. The municipality wants to enter into an agreement for the duration of four (4) years with the possibility of extending two (2) times one (1) year. The initial agreement is expected to take effect on 01.03.2023 and runs until 28.02.2027. After that, there is the possibility to extend twice for a period of one year each. The contract then ends by operation of law.
