Passed in accordance with the procedure laid down in Article 27 of Decree No 2016-360 of 25.3.2016 relating to public contracts and in accordance with procedures freely defined by Pôle emploi, the object of this contract is to carry out work relating to the development of the Pôle emploi site located rue du Bois de Paris in Chessy (77700). This project aims to regroup the teams of the specialized services agency (A2S) of Chessy on the site of the EPA Chessy Val d'Europe following the abandonment of the site of the A2S. The development of an extension of 902 m 2 SHON (net floor area) will accommodate the 42 additional agents from the A2S. The local agency will thus have 85 agents over a total area of 1,990 m 2 SHON. These services and their implementation procedures are described in the Contract and in the applicable technical and technical specifications (CCFT).
