Purchase of fuel (petrol A95, diesel, liquefied petroleum gas) (hereinafter referred to as "goods, fuel") to Joniškis District Municipal Institutions (hereinafter - Municipal Institution) according to the submitted mandate.

The description of the goods to be procured (requirements for the quality of the goods, quantities to be purchased, requirements for the points of sale of fuel, etc.) is given in the Technical Specification of the Procurement Documents (Annex 2 to the draft contract).

The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of each municipal office. The municipal office does not undertake to purchase the entire quantity of goods specified in the Technical Specification.

The goods will be purchased at the supplier's service stations by presenting service (credit) cards to the employees of the municipal office, which are intended to record the quantity and price of the goods purchased at the service stations.

Each municipal office will conclude a separate purchase agreement.

1. Buyer - Žagarė kindergarten "Cherry" in Joniškis district.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 150 liters for A95 petrol,

- Diesel - 9,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 10,600.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

1. Buyer - Joniškis Aušros Gymnasium.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 5 000 liters for petrol A95,

- diesel - 15,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 23,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

1. Buyer - Joniskis d. Gasčiūnai comprehensive school.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 1500 liters of A95 petrol,

- diesel 30,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 34,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 4,500 liters for A95 petrol.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of € 5,836.50 including VAT (within 36 months).

1. Buyer - Joniskis d. Kriukai Elementary School.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 600 liters of A95 petrol,

- 21,000 liters for diesel.

3. The goods will be purchased at the Buyer's actual need. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 25,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

1. Buyer - Joniškis Cultural Center.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- diesel - 4,050 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 5,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 1500 liters for diesel.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 2,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 4,455 liters for diesel.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 4 900.50 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 5,400 liters for A95 petrol.

3. The goods will be purchased at the Buyer's actual need. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 7 020,00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 350 liters of A95 petrol,

- diesel - 850 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The purchase will be for a maximum of EUR 1,250.00 (36 months).

1. Buyer - Joniškis District Municipal Fire Department.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- for A95: 10 000 liters,

- 4 000 liters for diesel fuel,

- 5 500 liters for LPG.

3. The goods will be purchased at the Buyer's actual need. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 20,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 100 liters of petrol A95,

- diesel - 5,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 6,500.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

1. Buyer - Public Institution Joniškis Hospital.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- A800 grade petrol - 9 800 liters,

- diesel: 15,500 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 30,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

1. Buyer - Public Institution Joniškis Primary Health Care Center.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- A95 Brand Gasoline - 23,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 26,350.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 1,200 liters for A95 petrol.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 1,600.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 2000 liters of A95 petrol,

- Diesel - 70,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 90,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

1. Buyer - Joniškis Social Service and Employment Center.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- Diesel - 47,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 50,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- diesel: 2 700 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 3,000.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 7 000 liters for A95 petrol,

- diesel - 25,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The purchase will be for a maximum of EUR 41,600.00 (36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 3 821 liters for A95 petrol,

- Diesel - 74,132 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 88,100.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 540 liters for A95 petrol,

- diesel - 27,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 30,618.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- for A95: 10 000 liters,

- diesel: 20,400 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of 48,100.00 EUR including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 600 liters of A95 petrol,

- diesel - 20,000 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The purchase will be for a maximum of EUR 26,800.00 (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 800 liters for A95 petrol,

- diesel: 20,400 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. The goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 26,500.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

1. The buyer is Joniškis Matas Slančiauskas progymnasium.

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 654 liters for A95 petrol,

- diesel - 8,365 liters.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for a maximum of EUR 9,827.00 including VAT (within 36 months).

2. Provisional fuel volume for 36 months:

- 28,000 liters for diesel.

3. The goods will be purchased according to the actual need of the Buyer. The Buyer is not obligated to purchase the above preliminary quantity of goods in full.

4. Goods will be purchased for up to EUR 30,800.00 (36 months).
