Framework Agreement of four years stipulated by the Tuscany Region – Aggregator subject following an open tender procedure for the assignment of the Health Surveillance service pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/2008 reserved for the offices of the Tuscany Region (Regional Council and Council), Agencies and Dependent Bodies and in-house companies of the Tuscany Region.

With the assignment of the Health Surveillance Service Tuscany Region – Aggregator, with regard to the employees of the contracting administrations, intends to implement a whole series of activities aimed at protecting the health and safety of workers, in relation to the work environment, occupational risk factors and methods of carrying out work in compliance with the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 81 of 9/4/2008 "Implementation of Article 1 of the Law no. 123 of 3 August 2007 on the protection of health and safety in the workplace" also in relation to the multiplicity of locations and tasks that characterize the administrative activity of the contracting administrations.
