The contract concerns the supply of primarily parenteral consumables, which will be used by the French Blood Establishment Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes (Aura). The contract is allocated in 12 lots, each lot giving rise to a public contract. Economic operators may submit tenders for one or more lots. They will have to respond on all the positions within a batch. The public contract is a single-contractor framework agreement executed through the issuance of purchase orders. The Framework Agreement is concluded with only a maximum amount for 48 months per lot. The public contract shall take effect from the date of its notification for a period of 12 months. It is then renewable 3 times for periods of 12 months, according to the provisions of the CCAP
