the consultation will give rise to a single-contractor framework agreement, executed as and when purchase orders are issued in accordance with the provisions of Articles R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement resulting from this consultation will be concluded with no minimum annual amount and with a maximum amount of 2,300,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the entire duration of the framework agreement, divided into lots:-Lot 1: Pruning services throughout the territory of the City: maximum amount 2,000,000 euro(s) excluding tax over the entire duration of the framework agreement.-Lot 2: Treatment services for plant heritage and green spaces throughout the City: maximum amount of €300,000 excluding VAT over the entire duration of the framework agreement
