The object of this contract is an insurance contract, on behalf of the City of Amboise, the conditions of which are the resumption of the particular technical clauses with or without reservations and of which the holder accepts the terms.

Fire - various damage to property.

Civil liability for all activities of the municipality, its services and additional policyholders, including ancillary services and special powers.

To insure all motor vehicles, machinery, trailers, two-wheelers subject to the insurance obligation provided for in Articles L. 211.1 and following of the Insurance Code and of which the municipality owns or of which it has custody or 'use for the exercise of all of its activities, including public passenger transport free or for a fee.

The insurer guarantees disputes related to the existence of the municipality and its assets, to the activities which are its own and to the attributions which are devolved to it by the texts in force.

The insurer intervenes for all disputes arising from traditional skills or new skills resulting from decentralization laws.

This contract is an insurance contract governed by the Insurance Code.

In the event of a guaranteed dispute, it ensures the defense of the rights of the insured, either in an amicable context, or in a legal framework if a transactional solution is not found.

The insurer then bears, within the limits provided for in the contract, all legal costs and legal fees that prove necessary.

In the areas of guaranteed law and as part of its dispute prevention mission, the insurer responds to requests for legal advice by telephone from the insured, in accordance with the rules of the contract.

The insurer covers the risks defined below with the generic title: "insurance for damage to precious objects and / or exhibitions".

The insurer undertakes to guarantee the following collections of objects and works of art:

- permanent collection of the former Postal Museum;

- permanent collection of the Old Town Hall Museum.
