The new construction of the Montessori Lyceum Amsterdam (MLA), a C1 training hall, a bicycle shed, neighborhood related facilities and two business premises. The new school is being developed for around 700 students with a potential growth to 1100 students in the same location.

The design is developed into a DO by an integral design team. From the TO, the Construction Team Contractor is intended to join the design team. From the moment the Construction Team Contractor joins the design team, the design team continues as a construction team. The construction team will further develop the TO into the specifications and work drawings for both structural, structural and mechanical engineering, electrical and structural physical design work. The construction team contractor is responsible for the elaboration of the Implementation Ready Design (UO) and, by agreement between the parties, the actual execution of the work for the purpose of the realization of the Project.
