The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text :D z. U. of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act"), including works in the field of forest breeding and protection, nature protection, fire protection, wood harvesting and harvesting, tourist management, maintenance of forest roads, nursery farm and seed production to be performed in the Sulęcin Forest District in 2024. The procedure is conducted in an open tender procedure pursuant to Article 129(1)(1) in conjunction with Article 129(2) and Articles 132-139 of the Act of 11 September 2019. Public Procurement Law (consolidated text:D z.Uz2023r., item 1605-"PPL") and implementing acts to the Public Procurement Law, in accordance with the rules provided for classic contracts with a value equal to or exceeding the EU thresholds. The proceedings are conducted in accordance with the rules provided for the so-called "reverse procedure" referred to in Article 139(1), (3)-(4) of the Public Procurement Law.

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including forest management works to be performed in the area of the Sulęcin Forest District, Forestry: Lakes in 2024.The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities on the basis of an employment relationship within the scope of the performance of the contract, consisting in the acquisition and harvesting of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465).

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including forest management works to be performed in the area of the Sulęcin Forest District, Forest Range: Jemiołów in 2024. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465).

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including forest management works to be performed in the area of the Sulęcin Forest District, Forest Range: Walewice in 2024. Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465).

Pursuant to Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, the Contracting Authority requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities related to the performance of the contract consisting in obtaining and harvesting wood raw material, if the performance of these activities involves the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465).

The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including forest management works to be performed in the area of the Sulęcin Forest District, Forest Range: Glisno in 2024.The Contracting Authority, in accordance with Article 95 of the Public Procurement Law, requires the Contractor or subcontractor to employ persons performing activities on the basis of an employment relationship within the scope of the performance of the contract, consisting in the acquisition and harvesting of wood raw material, if the performance of these activities consists in the performance of work in the manner specified in Article 22 § 1 of the Act of 26 June 1974 – the Labour Code (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1465).
