The intervention consists in the construction of an athletics complex serving the school complex in Via R. Sanzio in the Municipality of Empoli and usable by all citizens also for sports activities and events at a competitive level. In particular, the construction of an athletics track and related spaces for outdoor activities is planned, including the construction of a ring suitable for skating and cycling as well as the construction of an indoor gym for indoor activities.

The total amount of the tender is € 5,022,619.53, of which € 66,451.28 for security charges and € 4,956,168.25 for the amount subject to reduction.

The processes of which the intervention is composed and the qualifications required are the following: OG1 cl. IV bis, OG 3 cl. III, OG11 cl. IIIa.

Registration in the list referred to in art. 1, c. 53, of Law no. 190 of 6 November 2012, (white list) of the territorially competent Prefecture as indicated in the tender regulations.

The national collective agreement applied is Edilizia Industria.
