The subject of the contract is the provision of a service entitled: "Collection and management of municipal solid waste from the area of the Żarnów Commune". As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage waste from all properties inhabited in the Żarnów Municipality and from the properties of the Żarnów Municipality and organizational units. Estimated amount of waste to be collected 841.70 [Mg].

1. The subject of the contract includes the provision of collection and management of municipal waste from property owners residing in the Żarnów Municipality and from the real estate of the Żarnów Municipality and subordinate units. The Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste from inhabited properties and from the properties of the Żarnów Municipality in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with applicable law.

2. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage municipal waste from the indicated properties in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill in accordance with the applicable law.

3. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to collect and manage the following types of waste:

(1) from inhabited properties:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste code 20 03 01,

(b) segregated municipal waste divided into the following fractions:

-glass

- metals and plastics,

-paper

- biodegradable waste.

2) expired medicines code 20 01 32 – list of points:

a) Żarnów, 21a Marszałka J. Piłsudskiego Street, 26-330 Żarnów – next to the pharmacy,

b) Żarnów, 4 Wolności Street, 26-330 Żarnów – next to the health centre,

3) Waste batteries and accumulators - batteries with code 20 01 34 of the following points:

a) Julian Bartoszewicz Primary School in Żarnów, 10 Przedborska Street, 26-330 Żarnów

b) Primary School in Klewa, Klew 38, 26-330 Żarnów

4) From PSZOK – municipal waste collected in a selective manner, including:

(a) paper and paperboard;

(b) plastics;

(c) metals;

(d) glass;

(e) waste electrical and electronic equipment;

(f) bulky;

g) used batteries and batteries;

(h) Worn tyres;

(i) expired medicines;

j) chemikalia;

(k) green waste;

(l) construction and demolition waste;

(m) multi-material packaging;

(n) biodegradable municipal waste, including biodegradable packaging.

5. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to carry out the disposal of bulky waste directly from inhabited properties. Disposal of bulky waste under the contract should be carried out once a year in July/August
