Microsoft 2020 (framework agreement for the MPG)

Conclusion of a framework agreement with a company on the procurement of licenses from the product range of the manufacturer Microsoft for the institutes and facilities of the Max Planck Society and its associated facilities.

The framework agreement includes the following services:

a) Procurement of licenses and Software Assurance for Microsoft products under a Select Plus or group contract,

b) Provision of an online shop connected to the MPG eProcurement system,

c) Supporting services such as a service hotline and monthly reporting.
