The object of the contract is the provision of maintenance, conservation and repair services of public roads, parks and public buildings of the municipality of l'Arboç, including the execution of all types of work, manual or mechanical work that are ordered, as well as collaboration in other activities.

The services envisaged are as follows:

- The usual maintenance, conservation and repair of the elements that make up the public road: sanitation network, paving, signaling and information, garden areas and trees, urban furniture, fences and elements of protection of public space, public lighting and networks of municipal services.

- The usual maintenance, conservation and repair of the elements that make up public buildings: coatings, painting, installations, carpentry, roofs, facades, .... .

- The usual maintenance, conservation and repair in public parks: street furniture, fences
