The purpose of this contract is the provision of the Home Care Service, specifically, the personal care service in the municipalities of Aguilar de Segarra, Castellfollit del Boix, Fonollosa, Rajadell, San Salvador de Guardiola, Gaià, Mura, Talamanca, Marganell, Almadraba de Bages and Sant Feliu de Sasserra. The service will be carried out in the usual residential environment of the people referred from the basic social services of each municipality in order to promote the improvement in the quality of life of people, enhancing their personal autonomy and adequate conditions of coexistence in their own family and community environment.

The services covered by the contract with regard to the support service are the actions related to personal care: personal hygiene, lifting, bedriddening, dressing, health monitoring, control of medication, nutrition, guidance and education in habits and other similar and/or complementary activities. As well as the accompaniment of the person inside and outside the home to establish social relationships, go to the doctor, shop, bank among other actions of a similar nature.
