The subject of the order is the construction of the "Miła" sewage pumping station together with the gate valve chamber and the flow meter chamber, construction of the PVC gravity channel Ø 400 mm in ul. Reymonta on the section from the S2 well to the pumping station and the construction of a 90 mm PE water connection terminated with a fire hydrant. in the area of the pumping station, as well as the development of the adjacent area, i.e. construction of a fence with 2 entrance gates, hardening the area with an openwork concrete cube, installation of a power generator, planting thuja and sowing grass. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in the Specification of Essential Terms of the Contract (SIWZ part IIII - description of the subject of the contract) and project documentation constituting an attachment to the ToR.

1. The subject of the contract is the construction of the "Miła" sewage pumping station together with the gate valve chamber and the flow meter chamber, construction of the PVC gravity channel Ø 400 mm in ul. Reymonta on the section from the S2 well to the pumping station and the construction of a 90 mm PE water connection terminated with a fire hydrant. in the area of the pumping station, as well as the development of the adjacent area, i.e. construction of a fence with 2 entrance gates, hardening the area with an openwork concrete cube, installation of a power generator, planting thuja and sowing grass.

1) Sewage disposal from the eastern part of the Stare Babice commune to the sewage treatment plant.

a) The subject of the contract includes:

a. execution of the water supply connection from PE SDR 17 pipes with a diameter of Ø 90 mm with a length of approx. 9.5 m,

b. execution of an above ground fire hydrant DN 80 mm at the sewage pumping station - 1 item,

c. execution of a gravity sewer pipeline Ø 400 x 11.7 mm PVC SN8 with a length of approx. 22.4 m,

d. making a concrete sewage well Ø 1 200 with a monolithic bottom by Brejnak, Budokrusz or equivalent and a Kinet by Predl or equivalent - 1 item,

e. execution of discharge channels from PE SDR 17 pipes with a diameter of Ø 250 / 14.8 mm (cable A) with a length of approx. 13.5 m,

f. execution of discharge channels from PE pipes SDR 17 with a diameter of Ø 200 / 11.9 mm (pipe B) with a length of approx. 12.8 m,

g. execution of sewage pumping station Ø 3.0 m with equipment - 1 item,

h. delivery and assembly of a power generator - 1 item,

i. manufacturing of a flowmeter chamber with equipment - 1 item,

j. execution of the gate valve chamber with equipment - 1 item,

k. development of the area of sewage pumping station - 1 item

2) Concrete wells should be protected with Recli BT epoxy resin or equivalent.

3) Cover plates in concrete wells should be secured with Predl - Corprotect lining or equivalent from the inside. The liner is made as a monolith with a cover.

4) The internal walls of the sewage pumping tank should be protected with Predl - Corprotect type lining or equivalent, made as a monolith with concrete rings.

5) Connect PVC pipes with Forsheda or equivalent gaskets.

6) Integra Gliwice or equivalent distance skids should be used in seamless steel protective pipes. The end of protective tubes must be secured with Integra Gliwice "N" sleeves or equivalent.

7) If it is necessary before the commencement of the investment, the Contractor is obliged to notify the intention to start works to the Provincial Office for the Protection of Monuments.

8) Loss in concrete wells Ø 1,200 should be made as internal cascades using the Inside Drop insert or equivalent.

9) The Ordering Party informs that hatches for concrete wells should be ordered in accordance with the pattern shown in graphic attachment No. 1. Hatches outside should be protected with an anti-corrosive coating.

10) For the time of construction, Miłosza street in the area of the pumping station is lined with MON boards, and on ul. Reymonta due to the increased traffic of vehicles, keep order and passability constantly.

2. It is envisaged that the contracts referred to in Art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the PPL Act. The awarding entity within 3 years of the award of the basic contract envisages the award of contracts whose subject will consist in the repetition of works similar to those which are the subject of this contract, and their total value will not exceed 50% of the value of the basic contract and has been included in it. The possible scope of these orders includes, in particular, works related to the construction / expansion of the gravity sanitary sewage system and other accompanying works that will become due to be performed in connection with the implementation of the contract in question. The orders referred to above will be awarded on the terms set out in a separate contract - in accordance with the content of the basic contract (the scope, deadline, length of warranty for defects, the need to require security for due performance of the contract or the Contractor's remuneration, etc. may change), after negotiations with the contractor basic.
