The subject of the order is the maintenance of air conditioning, cooling, separators and pumps as well as domestic ventilation at TAURON Arena Kraków.

The subject of the order should be implemented in accordance with the provisions of § 3 para. 2 and 3 of the Ordinance of the Minister of the Interior of 7.6.2010 on fire protection of buildings, other building structures and areas. The scope of maintenance activities and the manner of their performance is specified in the annexes to the ToR, the method of their implementation is specified in the technical and operational documentation of the systems and devices being the subject of maintenance. The order also includes the delivery, replacement and supplementation of consumables such as filters, greases, oils, cleaning agents, etc. (determined in accordance with the operation and maintenance documentation). The Contractor is obliged to use entities and / or specialists with appropriate qualifications, professional qualifications, licenses, certificates, etc.

Maintenance of air conditioning, cooling, separators and pumps:

a) ice rink freezing aggregates,

b) refrigeration units,

c) air conditioners and fan coils,

d) separators, pumps,

e) process heat,

f) fittings, installations,

including energy efficiency evaluation of refrigeration equipment.

Household ventilation system maintenance:

a) ventilation centers,

b) fans,

c) air curtain,

d) ventilation ducts.
