Client and contract partner is the state of Lower Saxony, represented by the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport.
The delivery of the vehicles takes place in agreement with the client incl. Any additional costs or additional costs incurred by the respective road maintenance department of the state of Lower Saxony.
The responsibility of the Logistics Center Niedersachsen ends with the award of the contract.
The Logistics Center of Lower Saxony (LZN) is responsible for the procurement of goods and services for the direct state administration of Lower Saxony (see § 2 of the operating instructions of the LZN). With the approval of its supervisory authority, the LZN can take on additional tasks for public-law users within and outside the state administration of Lower Saxony as well as for private-law companies in full ownership of the public sector (see § 3 Operational Instructions of the LZN).
In this area, the LZN issues a framework agreement for the supply of agricultural tractors for the Lower Saxony State Authority for Road Construction and Transport. Further details on the nature and scope of the contract can be found in the Specifications - Technical Part (Part B), lots 1 and 2 and the corresponding offer forms.
The contract is expected to start on 13.9. 2019. The contract has a term of 48 months and ends at the latest on 12.9.2023. The following minimum purchase quantities apply per contract year:
- lot 1: annual purchase of 2 vehicles,
- lot 2: annual purchase quantity of 1 vehicle,
The client reserves the right to subsequently remove individual offered positions from the offer without penalty.
