The client wishes to offer its foreign employees language teaching in Danish teaching. There is a possibility that the spouses of the employees can also be offered language training if there is room on the individual teams.
The offer includes one agreement, which runs for 6 years with the possibility of renewal. The contracting entity enters into an agreement with one supplier with the start of the contract on 1.1.2020.

The contract is not subdivided into sub-agreements, as it is considered not commercially appropriate.
There are 2 teaching periods (semesters) per week. year. The first semester runs from February to April and the second semester runs from September to November (holidays and week 42 are excluded from tuition). The teaching for the semesters must be planned in respectively. January and August.
Danish teaching takes place on weekdays within the normal working hours of the employees. Teaching per. team consists of 3 lessons of 45 minutes once a week.
The contracting authority informs the employees about the opportunity to participate in Danish teaching and about the application process. The contractor makes premises available for the teaching at the contractor's address, but the supplier must conduct placement interviews as well as team the registered employees and their spouses. It is expected of the contracting entity that the supplier teams the registered employees and their spouses in an appropriate way, so that the teams do not become unnecessarily large or unnecessarily small. The supplier must also be responsible for purchasing relevant teaching material and ensure that mid-term and final evaluations are held at the courses.
