The municipalities have approx. 13 700 inhabitants and approx. 1 200 man-labour years. Approx. 2 500 salary slips monthly. In 2019 the municipalities had approx. 55 000 outgoing invoices and approx. 30 000 incoming invoices. Approx. 30 employees are heavy users of finance, HR and payroll systems, while approx. 150 employees have access to raising questions, attestation/instructions related to incoming invoices, etc.

The municipality wants to procure an ERP system for payroll/HRs that ensure the requirement related to quality, work-flow and user-friendliness.
