1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022.1385, i.e. of 2022.07.01), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in an estimated amount of 3 076 450 kWh for existing and planned to connect consumption points specified in Annex 1 to SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, in accordance with the conditions contained in the Specification of the Terms of the Contract hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The list of points of consumption, which describes the data identifying the points of consumption of electricity (PPE) is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning of the Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022.1385, i.e. of 2022.07.01), hereinafter referred to as the sale of electricity, in an estimated amount of 3 076 450 kWh for existing and planned to connect consumption points specified in Annex 1 to SWZ, in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023, in accordance with the conditions contained in the Specification of the Terms of the Contract hereinafter referred to as "SWZ". 2. The list of points of consumption, which describes the data identifying the points of consumption of electricity (hereinafter PPE), is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ. 3. The sale of electricity will be carried out under the conditions set out in the Act of 10 April 1997 Energy Law (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021.716, as amended), implementing regulations to this Act, in particular the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 4 May 2007 on the detailed conditions for the functioning of the power system (Journal of Laws of 2007, No. 93, item 623, as amended), the currently applicable tariff for electricity distribution services applicable Distribution System Operator (DSO) approved by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, Instructions for Operation and Operation of the Distribution Network, generally applicable legal regulations and unit prices of active energy determined after the resolution of the proceedings in question. 4. Forecasted demand for electricity during the contract execution period: Tariff B23 - 1 100 000 kWh - 1 facility Tariff C22b - 877 700 kWh - 4 facilities Tariff C12a - 1 098 750 kWh - 260 facilities TOTAL: 3 076 450 kWh The contractual capacity for all existing and planned to be launched in 2023 consumption points is a total of 3111 kW. Remark! The estimated amount of energy ordered is determined on the basis of consumption in 2021 and the first half of 2022 and is only indicative for comparing offers, in no case does it constitute an obligation on the part of the Ordering Party to purchase energy in the given quantity. The Contractor shall not be entitled to any claim against the Ordering Party for failure to consume the expected amount of energy. The Ordering Party shall pay for the quantities actually collected. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
