The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live and from real estate, which in part are real estate on which residents live, and in part real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste (mixed real estate) is generated, covered by the municipal municipal waste collection system, located in the Bolesław Municipality, in 2023, in such a way as to achieve adequate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and to reduce the weight of biodegradable municipal waste sent to landfill.

The subject of the contract is the collection, transport and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live and from real estate, which in part are real estate on which residents live, and in part real estate on which residents do not live, and municipal waste (mixed real estate) is generated, covered by the municipal municipal waste collection system, located in the Bolesław Municipality, in 2023, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of preparation for re-use and recycling of municipal waste and the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill, in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities, and with the implementing regulations, issued on the basis of the above-mentioned Act, applicable to the Waste Management Plan of the Małopolska Region, applicable provisions of local law, i.e. resolutions of the Bolesław Commune Council on the Regulations for maintaining cleanliness and order in the Bolesław Commune and on the detailed manner and scope of providing services in the field of collecting municipal waste from property owners and managing this waste, in exchange for a fee paid by the property owner for municipal waste management.
