Dental consumables. The Dental Institute has a requirement for the provision of Dental Consumables. The existing contract has been provided by a single supplier for the last five years operating against an agreed pricing/discount structures and service level standard.

The aim of this project is to continue the consistent provision of high quality products and service levels. To Agree and monitor savings initiatives ranging from main brand own brand product switches to volume based discount structures. The Contract also incorporates a JIT system which ensures a prompt delivery of core products to the point of use. The project also aims to ensure the Dental Institute achieves value for money by competitively re-tendering the service ensuring that pricing structures for core goods are competitive.
