The contest is for the provision of 'print as a service', which comprises a future orientated, user friendly and secure system for printing, copying and scanning. The system must see to all administrative processes connected to the product area.

Multifunction machines means machines that primarily have the following functions: Copying, printing, and scanning. The options are described in the needs description.

The annual value of the contract is estimated to be. NOK 900,000 excluding VAT per year. The value is an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority considered dividing the assignment but has decided that it is not suitable for this type of procurement.

Government’s Standard Contract (SSA-D).

The contract is expected to awarded by 16.06.2023.

The contract will be valid until 01.09.2029, with an option to extend pursuant to point 4.1 of the contract.

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract, SSA-D.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
