The SIDES (Syndicat intercommunal de développement économique du sarladais) wants to extend the Carsac-Sarlat business area to a place called "Vialard" with the creation of a new departmental road and its landscaping integration. This operation includes 2 parts:

1) the extension of the ZAE "Vialard" on the territory of the town of Carsac-Aillac. Total expected area of the area: 12 ha (Uz1 and Au2 areas of Plu) This area is managed by SIDES, which wishes to open it very quickly to commercialization;

2) the development project of Rd 704 and 704 at the reserved location 3.8, which benefited the department at the Carsac-Aillac PLU, for the realization of this project, crosses the ZAE.

Lot 1 is composed of topographic surveys.

Lot 2 is composed of reconnaissance and geotechnical studies.

Lot 3 is a project management mission.
