The contract concerns the assignment of the transport, handling and porterage service of stage sets, lighting, musical instruments and any other material in use for the activity carried out by the Associazione Teatro Biondo Stabile di Palermo, as better specified in the Special Specifications.

Since this is a service to be made on call, the amount is presumed and must be considered purely indicative and in no way binding for the Association as the final amount of the contract will be determined based on the performance calculation actually performed. The contracting authority reserves the right to make changes according to the actual needs, without the company being able to make claims for compensation or compensation.

At the time of the offer, the economic operator must indicate the only percentage proposed discount on the tariffs placed on the basis of the tender referred to in the special specifications to which reference is made.
