The objective of the competition is to procure a team / group of consultants who can assist the Contracting Authority in a project organisation with fulfilling their builder obligations in the implementation phase of the construction project. The anticipated start up / interaction phase is the third quarter / autumn 2018.

The tenderer shall be present from the start / interaction phase and the selected team / group shall assist the Contracting Authority in the implementation phase, and in this construction project, the following assignments / roles shall be executed:

Project Coordinator / Process Manager;

HSA Consultant;

ITB Consultant [Integrated technology building installations Consultant];

Construction Manager;

Planning Consultant.
